Qualifying for a Program or Gift
The Ovarian Cancer Foundation for Living has only three requirements:
The individual is currently living with ovarian cancer or is currently
in remission. The individual’s physician certifies that the
individual meets our medical criteria. The individual has not received
a program, gift or donation from The Ovarian Cancer Foundation for
Living before. Please fill out the application provided. All applications
must be sent via mail to the address below. Thank You
Timing of Programs or Gift
Most applications are reviewed within eight weeks. Every request is
a unique challenge carried out by The Ovarian Cancer Foundation for
Living** Board of Directors. The Ovarian Cancer Foundation for Living
covers all costs associated with a program or gift, including transportation,
food, lodging and admission fees.
Referring an Individual
Anyone can refer an individual to The Ovarian Cancer Foundation for
Living including friends, family or even the individual themselves.**

individually. The basis for each decision will be based on the variables
of need and then first come first serve. The questions on the application
should determine each individuals need.
